Our hearts started fluttering when our eyes landed on this video, a lovely collaboration between one of our favourite blogs, The Design Files, and one of our favourite sustainable energy creatives, Joost Bakker. Just in case you've been living under a rock, Bakker has just opened the doors to his latest completely recyclable project - Greenhouse by Joost at Sydney's Circular Quay. The design philosophy of the cafe space is simple - harmless with a positive eco-impact. Talk about inspiring!
